Lakeside

Finally done with this. You may remember the WIP of the pencilwork I posted a little while ago malimarthemage.deviantart.com/… Sorry it’s a little washed out.

This didn’t turn out quite how I had hoped, but considering I hadn’t seriously painted anything in watercolors for a few years, this still turned out rather well. I tried to tighten things up a bit with colored pencils here and there, but I decided to leave it as it is and not risk completely ruining it. The grass is the only thing I’m not fully content with and I know it still needs some work. The water and the tree in the foreground on the other hand I’m very happy with.
